Birdie Wigglies

1 Box Plain Gelatin, Orange juice (or whatever juice your birds prefer) Sliced and/or diced oranges, apples, grapes.

Make Gelatin using juice instead of water.

Fill ice cube trays with liquid half way, then add fruit to gelatin.

Chill till set-up.

You can make these in shapes using icetrays, or muffin pans.

Bean Patties

Use 15 bean mix, plus lean meat (chicken or turkey) and/or peppers, broth, to suit the taste of your fids.

After cooking the beans, smash the beans up a bit , till they're kind of refried bean consistancy.

Then take ground up turkey or chicken fry & brown that in a pan (if you have non-salted broth you can simmer the turkey and chicken in that after it's browned for more flavor).

Add it to the beans and make little patties.

Then set those on a cookie sheet or just covering the bottom of the muffin pans and bake until set, bout 10-15 minutes (in a 350 oven).

I've found it sticks together better if ya crumble in some birdie bread, and then you can add peppers or whatever else before you bake, or as garnish.
